What Happened in July/Aug/Sept 08

A bit of recap what happened in July and Aug...

Wileen's graduation was on the 18....Congrats Gal..hope u will find a new job asap..

We went to Ian / Vicki's place at Gold Coast...the house was huge and the view was absoultly stunning!! 180 view...so nice....

Kitty's Bday on the 29 July...Celebration Dinner was on the 25 July...organsed by Herbert...so sweet...Wish you all the best and happily ever after

29...Our 3rd yr Anniversary Day....went to have buffet at Sofitel...so nice..

Aug .....

2 Aug...Visited our dearest Aiden for the 1st time...so cute....so happy...he can always sleep..jealous me..haha...babies sleep as much as they want....

3 Aug Dyed our hair - went to DFO..shopping for our Ski trip....bought 2 pairs of Oakley Ski Glasses for only$50@!!!

7 Aug Celebration of Karen's Bday in NewFarm....sort of French Cuisine....nice Dinner..happy Evening....

10 Aug...after night work...hubby brought me to Brisbane Market...I always wanted to go....finally the 1st time... but believe I won't be visiting for the coming yr though...haha....

13-16 Aug....MELBOURNE...here we come....

basically..it was a very relaxing tour...we ate a lot, we went to famous chocolate shops and ate things we can't eat in Brisbane...not much shopping though....

the most exciting days was at Mt. Buller...1st time in my life skiing!!! I love it...it was COLD...but fun indeed! for sure need to visit again....

Since we spent a bit for skiing...didn't really do much for the rest of the month...haha...

1 Sept...Lego Day....we decided to open our Lego's and built some of it..it's a new hobby for us...Lego is just so fun!

2 Sept...nice Dine out with hubby at Walnut restaurant...

3 Sept...Karen.....hubby's friend fm HK back in Brissy...we went to sing K.......wah.. long time no sing with such a large gp...photos were uploaded at FB.

Working mad in Sept....did quite a few Overtime Shifts....got a little bit infection in eye for wearing contact lens too long.....hate wearing glasses..

15 Sept...Aiden 2 months bday dinner at Landmark.....Congrats Jacky and Zoe.....

Wow..kinda pick up the pace now....photos to be upload to Picasa....

A few things that happen in July

I have been a bit lazy, haven't really write anything for almost a month. But to start off I want to say congratulation to my cousin Jacky & Zoe, and the newly born Aiden, and I am Uncle Simon, feel soooo old..... haha. Me & Carmen had watched a few movies this month, like You Don't Mess With The Zohan, Hancock, Get Smart. I actually think all three of them are pretty good. A new Karaoke open in Chinatown, BennyK is the organiser, so we went for testing one night & sang for about 4 hours with Tony & Jenny. A few friends have problem with their relationship, hopefully there can sort things out quickly. That's about all the things happen up till now.......

LP's Bday Celebration...

Long time no blog tim...LK kinda complaining...haha...

but he's so nice la...coz' he's the one updating the blog...Thanks LK....

OK...let's review what happened this week....**watched "YOU DON'T MESS WITH THE ZOHAN" ** hilarious....love Adam Sandler....haha....

Johnny is a workmate with me in IBM...he's been taking care of me...also he was my unofficial photographer for me wedding nite...we had a farewell gathering at Sunnybank Coffee Club...

Oh well..as expected..Johnny has at least 60 friends turned up to say Goodbye to him...

He's like the nicest man and whole brisbane knows him!!!!

Also, Kitty came back from HK, with a nice new perm hair...she bought me a pair of nice earrings for my bd.wearing everyday now....Thank you...

28 June - Celebration starts...haha.. Worked in Morning....LK picked me up after work...he surprised me and brought couple of friends (Kitty, Tony n Jenny) together to have lunch... Thanks LK...

Arvo - Hand Manicure with Kitty...Love my Purple and Kitty's Orange colour...while my LK was having his haircut...so nice Hay...haha...(I think I will be the only one who LOVEs it)

Then we went "Ho Fung" for dinner....It was an adhoc thing...so Dairus, Vincent and Mao..dun feel bad coz' you guys couldn't come...

Anyway, we had a great dinner (wiv oyster and Crab) coz' I seldome eat with my close frens and of course LK never say NO if I want..haha...Check them out....thanks Shirley for the Purple Purse...

29 June - Had to work in the morning as well....SURRPISED...I received this yr first bday cake fm Work...so nice..so touched...I was even on the phone with one of the Stations (which they were putting in a job) then I said "oh..yes..apparently it's my birthday and they are singing bday song to me..sorry"...How embarrased but happy indeed....

we wenr Mccays for lunch...LK tried the New McAfrican..not bad at all then we went home...sister in law -Karen and my mother in law prepared a bday party for me....we had Karaoke ...Shirley sang so nice and she was so into it....haha..

We had Curry Fish Ball...Salad and Special Made Chicken Drumstick...Congee and Fried Noodle...WAH....so yummy....to be mentioned - MY BDAY CAKE....SO YUMMY...thanks mui...

also... thanks S&S for the flower...it's a v.special plant...coz' it only needs water once a week...and the flower blossom upside down...

30 June - DAY OFF...
woke up late due to RESTING (forgot to mentioned ..I was sick since beinging of the week...and I kinda transferred my flu and cough to LK...so both of us are SICK)

then we had lunch and watched a dumb movie at home (Superheroes Movie) ...wanna lazy for the whole day actually....then we head out to Indooroopilly for "KUNG FU PANDA"....yes.. my LK is actually "PO"...doesn't he look like the Dragon Warrior....haha....

After movie, we head to the Airport as Miss Piggie -Joanne came to visit...
WE missed her voice. her laughs and of course her English...haha...Love her so much..

All of us (inclu. defoe and Wileen) went to gum lui for dinner...so full...
Thanks Wileen for the present (sexy L.) and Defoe for the Sherk Card..haha...
and we all went back to Wileen's place for Eyebrow Trimming ...Thanks Piggie....

This entry is SOOOO LONG..haha....should cut down a bit or I should be more hard working...update it DAILY....haha...

Anyway, I know I might left out somthing....but I wanna say THANK YOU to every sms, msn msgs and facebook msgs to greet my birthday...I feel so "hang fuk" surrounded by all of beloved friends.....all photos has been uploaded to out picasa website, pls enjoy!

OKOK....What did LK got me this yr?

He designed his own bday card and a very touching slideshow ,including a sweet sweet song "Everyday Love you a little bit more" and our photos taken together after our wedding....
watching the slideshow makes me cry...so touching....coz' I know I have married to such a lovely man, who knows what I want....who can bear with my "attitude" and loves me always...

Another week....

I finally manage to upload all the photo last week, so it's all up to date now, hehehe.... it really take us a while to do.

Again, nothing much happening on the weekend, mum & dad went down to Gold Coast, LP need to work through the weekend, and I went out to watch Holland vs Russia on Saturday night, then slept in on Sunday. Really looking forward on Wednesday, LP's day off, and so am I, no plan to go out yet, might stay home do a bit of clean up......

Feeling Better...

Feeling better this week since the fall..... went to acupuncture a few times, starting to recover, hopefully I'll get better sooner.... *_*

Not much to do at work this morning, so I've been uploading photo to Picasa, http://picasaweb.google.com/carmensimon1027 , for those of you that don't know our photo album address, this is it.... hopefully I can finish upload all of them today....

All of you guys should know we went to a costume party on the weekend, it was great fun, and don't we look like "SHREK" & "Fiona" .... hehehehe

Then on Tuesday, we went to see WWE Smack Down/ECW Australian Tour, for me this is once in a life time show that I want to see, thanks to LP went to bought the ticket!!!

Bad week.....

On Monday, raining day, when I delivered the mail to a customer, I slip, and my head hit the stairs.... bloody hurt.... went to doctor, seems to be ok.... after work, went to acupuncture, feel a bit better, slept almost the whole day yesterday, trying to work today, feeling the pain through my body...... going to acupuncture soon, then go home and rest again........ dont know what more to say....... feel so painful......

Luckily, LP is by my side, so feel a bit better.......

One of the best rest day!!!

Yesterday 27/5, both of us had our day off . Finally !!!! ( We didn't have much day off lately, either I dun have to work and accompany LK at post office or he's day off but I need to work)

We were suppose to wake up at 8am and go out for big breakfast, but I overslept (lazy pig) , eventually we left home around 10ish and arrived James St,New Farm approx 11am...a bit late for breaky....and we had a lovely breakfast together...@ Spoon Cafe - LK looks so professional with our macbook...

After that, we went to watch Indiana Jones @ South Bank for $6 only!!

After that, stopped by the LEGO education centre, newly open at SouthBank, organise b-day party for kids, I asked if they can do it for adult, they said they never held party for adult yet but happy to do so...I might think that for my bday...haha....we can build LEGO as much as we want (instructor included as well!)

Good things never stop, LK went shopping with me at DFO and I bought 2 pants, 1 top and 1 Jacket. He said he want me to buy more as he know I won't want to spend on clothings ..haha.. around 6ish, store closes, we were suppose to go Breakfast Creak for Steak...but as I feel guilty spending money on clothes , I suggest we go to our favourite - Cyber City!!!!

LK had black pepper Chicken STEAK and I had my favourite "Wet Stir Beef Ho Fan", spent a little time with Po and Benny...and we went home at last!!! We enjoyed so much yesterday...relaxing and sweet always...

**midnite recap - someone called us and report a missing person (friend)!!! Luckily everything turned out fine. say "Thanks" to clumsy Friend, you know who you are!!!
